  1. Visit digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker App on your phone.
  2. Sign in with your Aadhaar Number and 6-digit security PIN.
  3. Search for Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).
  4. Select "Registration of Vehicles".
  5. Enter your Registration Number and Chassis Number (Last 5 Digits).

Create Virtual RC in NextGen mParivahan App

  1. Download the official NextGen mParivahan app from Play Store / App Store.
  2. Register with your mobile number.
  3. Tap on "Transport Service" → "Create Virtual RC".
  4. Enter your Vehicle Number, Chassis Number (Last 5 Digits), and Engine Number (Last 5 Digits).
  5. Your Virtual RC with encrypted QR code will be saved in your dashboard for offline checking.

Print RC Form 23 via Vahan Citizen Portal

  1. Go to vahan.parivahan.gov.in.
  2. Select your State & RTO Office.
  3. Navigate to "Download Document" → "Print RC Particulars (Form 23)".
  4. Authenticate using your Vehicle Reg Number & Chassis Number with OTP.
